Birthday Balloon

This "birthday Balloon" was made with the build a cupcake builder punch, and the create a cupcake stamp set. the clouds were made using the frosting, and the balloons’ basket is the cupcake holder. the 1 3/4 circle and large oval punches were used to make the balloon.

Papers: bashful blue, concord crush. pear pizzazz, whisper white
