Sorry I’m Late :)

I am often a bit behind in sending birthday cards, at least i hope this card is cute enough to make the lateness not so bad 🙂 its hard to see on the picture but there is a slime trail using a touch of river rock and the illuminate top coat, and a bit of crystal effects on his eyes.
