This is my card for this week’s sketch challenge. I also swapped it with my upline group this week and I will offer it at my February Stampin’ Buffet. I distressed the flower with the bone folder like with the faux suede technique but instead of splitting it, I just peeled back some of the petals to give it that look.
Stamps: Dot, Dot, Dot, Whimsical Words, Whimsical Words
Inks: Mambo Melon
Papers: Bashful Blue, Melon Mambo, Pretty in Pink, Old Olive
Accessories: Grosgrain Ribbon, Flower Punch, Oval Punhces, Scallop Trim Punch
Techniques: Faux Suede – Modified.
