This cheerful card was made using the Poppin’ Pastel technique. I arranged these four stamps from the Precious Butterflies Hostess Set on to a large clear Block E. I inked them all at once using Versamark and stamped the clear image on to Whisper White Card Stock. Then I used a Sponge Dauber and the Stampin’ Pastels to color over the images. My color combo is Certainly Celery, Baja Breeze and Daffodil Delight. The pastels are artist-quality and blend very smoothly. They even have a color guide inside the lid. I used the Framed Tulips Textured Impressions Embossing Folder on the Baja Breeze base then layered my image. The sentiment is stamped with black Stazon and punched out with the Extra-Large Oval Punch. I attached it with a Stampin’ Dimentional.
