This is the Layout for my October Stampin’ Buffet. I was inspired by Tanya27 to use shimmer paint to stamp the images on black. Thanks Tanya! I cut the letters out of chipboard scraps I had, then I inked them with black craft ink and sprinkled them with II EP to make them all sparkly like that.
