I made this fun card using the new Blossom Bouquet triple layer punch from the new Summer Mini Catalog.
I made the border with the punch set at "3" and attached the smaller punched scallop inside the larger scallop, then overlapped each set of scallops at the sides to create this fun lacy-looking border. I made the flower using the Build A Blossom stamp set stamping with Versamark and clear embossing on So Saffron DSP, sponging Pretty in Pink and Crumb Cake on the flower petals, then punched out each petal with the Blossoms Petal punch, attaching the petals together using a 3/4" circle for the base. I stamped the center with Pear Pizzazz and then added Crystal Effects to give it a pop.
