This was a card I made for my group. Hinge card technique. Also "faux denim" technique (rubbing the ink pads across the cardstock) – it really does look quite a bit like denim and is so easy to do. I used the same color ink as the paper (not quite navy) and added a bit of white too. The hinge card is really easy to make too.
The image is embossed with black and I swiped with sponges different colors on the glossy paper.
Stamps: nature silhouettes, goody goody gumdrops
Inks: not quite navy, white, basic gray
Papers: glossy, very vanilla, not quite navy, black, soft suede
Accessories: circle punch, corner rounder, brad
Techniques: faux denim, hinge card, embossing
