I just added a section of the Occassion Mini Catalog stamp sets and a Decor Elements gallery in the "Other Galleries" section.

A question. What about individual galleries for other products? Like the main product lines (Big Shot of course, Die Cutting, Embellishments, Tools)? Some will apply to stamp sets but not all of them. Just a thought.

Great! except one thing: Occasions is misspelled. There's one "s". I'm anal and spelling errors bug me!

If we can put our art in more than one category, I think it'd work out well to have tool sections. But otherwise, for me, when I'm looking in a gallery, I look for stamps first, then tools!

Renée, dual category posting has now been turned on. I just tested it in an edit and it works great.. you upload once with all the deets, and then click on 'copy to' to chose your other option. Now, I don't know if you can do more than 2 but its a huge perk to have two.

Big Shot category would be nice imho...

I completely agree that being able to post in more than one category is a great perk! Like under a stamp set & under 12x12 scrapbook page. ANd the Big Shot thing. And using specific tools.... great options!

Oh wow!! I'm so lovin the idea of being able to post a card in two galleries. Since we can do this.......I also second a big shot gallery at least. I agree that I usually look for stamps first, but with being able to post in the stamp set and a tool gallery that would be awesome.

James, you are wonderful!! Don't really know ya but I love ya for investing so much time and effort in giving us what we want. So glad you and Angie started this site, I'm lovin it!!

Now that I got ya good and buttered up....... lol j/k Are there any plans to put retired stamp sets in the gallery? I'm cleaning out another gallery, and have a lot of stuff made with sets now retired. I can put em in member directory, but just wondered if there were plans to add other retired sets categories.

Yes Debadoo, we plan to do retired sets. We've been focusing on current stuff first.

And a BigShot gallery is on the way.. :)

    Hi James---

Sorry I promise this is my last question for the day.

Today I tried uploading a card into the stamp set gallery and two challenge galleries that it fit. Unfortunately, I ended up with 3 copies of my card uploaded? Should I not use the other categories to avoid that?

    Thanks!

Awesome!! I am more than happy to wait. Just wanted to see if that was in the plans. I think we all appreciate being heard sooooooo much that we'll wait long as we need to when someone is working so hard to get us what we want. Y'all are just amazing for that!!

I noticed this yesterday Rhonda, but couldn't remember who it was. There were two of each card the person uploaded. Not fussin at all, cuz I sure don't mind some glitches, those are to be expected. It was just odd.

I noticed that instead of re-uploading the card, it is just reinserted in a new gallery without all the comments. Not that that is a big deal or anything :)

Anal me again noticed another spelling error: Wagon Full of Fun (one "n" in Fun).

Ok folks, sorry but I decided to change the gallery AGAIN! I'm indecisive that way. It's about 97% back the way it was, so most stuff should be familiar. There were a couple of gotchas I just couldn't handle so we'll stick with what's working. This brings back multiple category posting (YEAH!)

    Anyway, where were we??????

Oh and I should mention, you'll probably notice all the EXTRA info (stamp set, inks, papers, etc) are missing from the existing cards. Don't worry about them, I gotta write a quick script to fix it.

Yay for the Big Shot gallery! I find myself making many cards that don't have stamping on them, but are all SU! products. Maybe a catch-all like "No Stamping Involved"? or something??

This is fun to be in the infancy stages of a website! (for me, maybe not for you. LOL) Thanks for all of the hard work!!!
