Thanksgiving Bird

Cased from here: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/1514097?&cat=17299 I thought this card was so pretty!

The technique was demo’d by Pam Morgan and can be found on this blog http://weekendstamper.blogspot.com/2009/11/pam-morgans-demonstrations.html.

It’s very simple to do. I took a piece of felt and stamped the above image with black Stazon on the felt. Then I took the Crushed Curry and Dusty Durango reinkers and colored in the bird. It did take a couple tries with different colors to get comfortable with what I was doing. Once I was satisfied with the coloring (it will NOT be perfect!) I stamped the bird on the cardstock and finished my card. I think it turned out perfect!
