Tech13 – Iced Mask

Dazzling Diamond Dust is a wonderful technique. I remember trying to do this once before and not being successful–I used dazzling diamonds and versamark only (didn’t know to heat the iridescent ice–it all fell off).

This technique made the mask look very glittery and multi-colored. Looks really pretty.
