TC31 Shellebrate

I’m a little behind with the technique challenge!
But I finally tried this technique. My colors were a little too spread out, so I took my mister (filled with rubbing alcohol and a little shimmer paint) and sprayed over the glossy part. It helped the colors to spread a little more.
