Snow Swirled Christmas

This is a CASE of a card I received from Talisa Newton while swapping at convention. I wanted to use it during one of my Christmas Card classes. I thought the shimmer paint would look really good on the tree…and it does! Applying it was the trick..I finally found a very fine eyeliner brush that would work.
I also used versamark and stamped one of the snowflakes on the black background for some added dimension. It is hard to see the details in this photo…but it is a very nice card in person. :}
