COSTUME PARTY! Here is one idea for the Costume Party Theme – create layers and a type of MASK – this one is just emboss resist masking. But you could create several masked layers or you could create some peek a boo elements or you could scrap a costume party! Have fun, be inspired and go SCRAP!
