Petals Punch Card

So I’ve been trying hard to figure out what to do with this Petal Card Punch and this weekend, I had a customer that showed me how to make these flowers with it. Sooo happy to have a different way to use it.

To make the flowers, you take a piece of cardstock and run it through the crimper twice. Then punch out two of the petal card punches. Separate the layers on the punched image (the crimper loosens the fibers). Put the suedish side up and crinkle. Then layer and attach with a brad and crumple for desired look. It will work with any of our flower punches but I thought it was a good way to use that punch and an easy thing to demo!

The card also has the pearls for accents and my new favorite paper, Love Letter. And I really like this stamp set which I got more for scrapbooking than cards but it worked in a pinch!

  1. Awesome creation Stacy. I’ve never thought of running it through the crimper to loosen the fibers, I’ve been using my bone folder. I might have to get the punch after all.
