Ice Cream Celebration!

This card was created for Stampin’ Celebration challenge #35.

I used the ‘frosting’ from the new Build A Cupcake punch to make the ice cream scoops. I also added a little bling to the edges of the ice cream scoops with the Smooch Accent Ink.
