This card was for Stampin’ Celebration challenge #38. To add texture, the hearts were crumpled and then opened, and then put on top of my Basic Black ink pad. I carefully walked my fingers over the hearts so that they would pick up a little of the ink.
The sentiment is actually stamped on the base and shows through the ‘peek-a-boo’ window.
