Happy Birthday U.S.A!

Here’s my patriotic card – I’m CASE-ing someone and as usual have failed to note who the original artist was. Please leave me a comment if it was you!

To easily run a straight line with the new Builder wheels, use two wheels in your jumbo handle with a spacer in between them. Ink your chosen wheel using the ink pad (not a cartridge) and then drive on! That extra wheel is like a training wheel 🙂

thanks for looking

7/5/10 ETA: Ha! Should have looked harder…it was Yapha’s card! Be sure and leave a comment for HER telling her what an inspiration she is – on so many levels.

Stamps: So Many Stars Builder Wheel
Inks: Real Red Classic ink pad
Papers: Real Red, Night of Navy and Whisper White card stock
Accessories: Star punch; Uniball Signo Gel pen, Linen thread; Brocade Blue button (Marina Mist now available!)

What do you think?

  1. Hi. I’m new to carding and this blog, but have seen this term before "CASE". what does it mean?

    Ps. Neat card idea.

  2. Hi Tizbarnes,

CASE stands for Copy And Share (with) Everyone. If a stamper takes his or her inspiration for a card from another person’s work, it’s courteous to reference the original work. The hard part is remembering from who – and where – you found the original idea.
