Halloween Top Note

I put this together, just playing around with the sweet treat cups and Sweet Centers set. I think I will put these together for my club girls for October.

I used scraps of Pumpkin to creat the inside holder, but I know have some small paper bags I think will work better.

I just put some odds & ends in the cup to see how they would work.
