Halloween Sour Cream Treats

I put these little Halloween Sour Cream Treats together quickly for a craft show I am did on Oct. 3. I was making use of centers from the Sweet Center Pops I made, scraps of retired DSP, etc. Gotta use up those extra pieces! Easy Peasy project.
