Created for Stampin’ Celebration challenge #41. The Whisper White layer uses the new Framed Tulips Embossing Folder and the flowers come from a variety of punches and dies. Each flower has a Rhinestone Brad in the center.
A simple card that could easily be changed to fit a variety of different occasions.
