Watercolor layer was made by using a plastic file folder. Drops of Baja Breeze, Apricot Appeal and Sage Shadow were put between the 2 sides. Insert 2 glossy white sheets, glossy side out and you get 2 pieces of finished background cardstock.

This is really pretty! I love how you included the stamped envelope in the photo too. I often wish for more ideas for the envelope.
