Church Christmas Card 2010

I used the shiny gold CS on this, really wish SU sold this stuff, and some retired gold encore ink. The main image has champagne shimmer paint mist sprayed on it, and there’s a tiny rhinestone on the star. Not sure if that will show up

Not sure if I’m going to leave the main image embossed with the square lattice or not. This is a lousy photo, but hope you can get the idea. This (or something very close to this) is the Christmas card I’m doing for our church to send out this year.

Stamps: Come to Bethlehem
Inks: gold encore, versamark
Papers: non SU shiny gold CS, Whisper White, Shimmer white for base
Accessories: shimmer paint, rhinestone, gold ep, white organza ribbon, gold brad, square lattice EF,
Techniques: Heat and Dry Embossing, Embossing on ribbon
Difficulty Rating (1-Easy, 5-Hard): 2

What do you think?

  1. Well I really like this alot! The ribbon is a beautiful touch and really adds to the overall elegant look of the card. I’m impressed you were able to emboss on the ribbon without melting the ribbon!
