Belated Birthday

I made this for a New Catalog Swap. The spots on the Turtle’s shell are hand cut and glued on with Tombow Multi. Very tedious, but it looked so good I had to do it. http://onyxstamps.com/2010/07/new-catalog-swap/

Stamps: Long Fellows
Inks: Basic Black, Crumb Cake
Papers: Early Espresso, Daffodil Delight, Old Olive, Tangerine Tango, Rich Razzlberry, Crumb Cake
Accessories: 1/4" Old Olive Grosgrain Ribbon, Buttons #5, Scallop Trim Border Punch, Brights Brads

What do you think?

  1. This is SO clever and cute. I may need to get this set just to make this card! Worth every little dot of glue and every little hand-placed scrap. Love this! Thanks for sharing. Blessings, Lela

  2. Thanks! I laughed at your comment about the dots of glue and little scraps. I made a bunch of these for a small new catty swap and I felt like I was being overrun by Tombow and snips of paper!
